Datamatrix and Project Management System Datamatrix and Project Management System is a web-based application that will help you manage your projects and employee personal information. It will help you determine who is most capable of handling a certain project. Our Project Management System will show you up-to-date information regarding the projects that your personnel are working on.


Datamatrix and Project Management System features and Functions

USER ACCOUNT

  • Records of Seminars

    • -Visiting each links shows the information of the user.
      -Each links in the page can be updated.


  • Skills

    • -View the lists of skills.
      -The user can add, update or delete his/her skills.


  • Evaluation

    • -View the list of employees to be evaluated by the user. The user can evaluate his/her co-employees or teammates according to what departments/team that the user belongs. The schedule of the evaluation may vary depending on the rules and regulations of the company (Usually an evaluation is done every six months).
      -View the date and content of the employees evaluation done by the user.


  • Project Management

    • -View the list of projects assigned to the user.
      -View the task/s of specific project assigned to the user.
      -View and/or create reports in a specific task.
      -View and/or create comments to know if there is a delay, the task creator needs to know why if there are problems or if it is almost done.
      -Update the task status and progress to know if there are changes to the status and progress of the task.
      -View the created task/s by the user. If there is a task that is not included in the lists,the user can add a task and assign it to other employees, update and/or delete the created task by the user.


  • My Evaluation

    • -The user can view the result of the evaluation made by his/her co-workers or teammates but they can't view who is the evaluator.


  • My Account

    • -Update the user account.
